Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
For Homebuyers, Landlords & Businesses
- Up to 6 circuits - £220 + VAT
- Additional circuits - £20 + VAT per circuit
Electrical Installation Condition Reports for commercial premises are priced following a site visit, as every installation varies in size and complexity.
Includes: Full inspection, compliance check, and a detailed report with recommendations.
